Selecting a property
If you have questions after reviewing property description please call us immediately so we can provide answers.
How to make the reservation
 Have you chosen a property please book it right away. You can reserve an apartment using either the standard reservation form or the link to the email style reservation form, both on reservation page.
We will then confirm by e-mail, fax or phone provided you also sent your contact information. We will give you all the necessary information in order for you to be able to reach the property. We also can take you directly from the airport, there is an additional fee of Euro 15€.
What happens when you arrive?
You will be met at the property at a pre-arranged time, or elsewhere, as established, at the airport for example. We therefore require prior information of travel plans, flight details etc. You will be handed the keys then, given the telephone number of a local who knows the property well, and the manager's mobile phone number. Upon your departure you will be checked out and the keys collected.
Rents are payable on arrival date.
Properties may be occupied from 12.00PM with departure by 10.30AM unless specifically requested and agreed. Arrangements for checkout and key collection must be made at least 2 working days prior to the departure date. Oana Elite reserves the right to offer alternative properties of similar quality, size and price in the event that the property chosen not being available.
Neither Oana Elite nor the owner of the property are liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the rental period.
Occupants must undertake not to make any alterations, additions to, or take away from the premises any of its contents, nor to create cause to require redecoration or repair to the property, to quietly enjoy the property and not create such noise or nuisance as to cause complaint from neighbours, especially after 11 PM and before 8 AM.
